GROWING UP

I LIVED 26 YEARS AND ONE WEEK IN SANTIAGO DE CHILE. THE SAME OLD HOUSE (MY PARENT'S HOUSE). THE BIG POINT IS THERE I NEVER HAD TO TAKE CARE ABOUT ANYTHING: MY CLOTHES ALWAYS WERE CLEAN WHEN I NEEDED IT. IF I WAS HUNGRY I COULD FIND FOOD AND SO; BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT PART IS THAT I NEVER FELT ALONE.

THE LAST 4 MONTHS OF THE 2007 WERE A 180 DEGREES CHANGE. I MOVED FROM MY PARENTS HOUSE... FIRST CHALLENGE. AND ABOUT 10000 Km FROM MY HOME TOWN, SOMETHING THAT JUST HAPPENED, AND IT DIDN'T LET ME TO BE READY FOR THAT. MAYBE IF IT HAD HAD MY WISH FOR A LONG TIME BEFORE, I WOULD HAVE BEEN PREPARED.

SO I THINK THAT WAS A HUGE STEP I DID... I STILL DON'T KNOW IF I'M DOING IT GOOD OR BAD, AT LEAST I'M DOING MY BEST. SOMETIMES I THINK IT'S NOT ENOUGH... BUT THAT'S WHAT I AM, I'M HUMAN, SO THERE ARE SOME STUFFS THAT OVERCOME ME.

OK... I COULD HAVE GROWN UP, BUT SOMETIMES I REALLY MISS TO BE SLEEPING IN MY PARENTS' NEXT DOOR, JUST FOR BEING ABLE TO LAY IN THEIR BED AND FEEL MY MOM'S HAND IN MY HEAD.
